The rings of power is an epic drama set thousands of years before the events of J.r.r Tolkien’s the Hobbit and the Lord of the rings follows an ensemble cast of characters both familiar and new as they confront the long feared reemergence of evil to middle earth.

Positive Points About The Lord of the Rings The Rings of Power (2022) Season 01

We’re introducing a lot of stories there are at least three to four distinct storylines going on you can guess they’re all going to come together at a point.

Episode 1 starts us out with a ton of big voice-overs who seems to be our main character speaking about the great battle with middle earth and how the war left middle earth ruined.

As the series goes some easter eggs some words some phrases that you will recognize especially if you’re a hardcore fan of Lord of the Rings.

There are a couple of things that are set up, especially at the end of  2nd episode that can make everyone at least get excited about what this journey is going to be. There are multiple journeys going to happen in this story which will also make you confused about who is the main character and where the story leads further.

This series getting us back into middle earth and getting us kind of hooked onto the world maybe even more so than the characters.

Now, one of the main reasons why this series was in trend is because of its budget and the money they are putting into making things visually stunning.

There are some locations where some visuals are able to soak all of this now this has to be watched on the biggest screen possible. In Cinemark, they were doing those premieres but unfortunately, many of us will not be able to experience this in theatres hence recommended to watch it on the biggest screen you have.

Most of it is on location with the beautiful set design and even in the more claustrophobic areas, there’s one moment where we go into this underground sort of a location where attention to detail was so, incredible.

It doesn’t even feel like a television show it feels like a big-budget movie.

Final Words

I can tell you that this lord of the rings, series is at least epic visually stunning and full of interesting characters and you will be actually really interested to see where it goes after two episodes.
